Increasing Productivity for Engineers
Using Open Source Software This seminar will cover the evaluation, implementation, and integration of open source software (OSS) technologies for engineering purposes. This seminar will cover desktop, server, and cloud solutions that are Linux based. Additionally, virtualization will be covered for test and integration environments. Using Open Source Software (OSS) to
Enhance your Small Business This seminar will cover how to lower operating costs using open source software (OSS) in your organization. Additionally, the seminar will cover what approved software packages can be used in Department of Defense (DoD), state government, and commercial business. This seminar will allow for hands on experience in using and implementing the software. Upon completion participants will have a better understanding, a developed plan to integrate OSS in their organization, and the ability to make sound decisions on lowering technology expenses.
